W00tmail is currently a free mail provider on request. If you would like an e-mail address with ending with @w00tmail.com you can request it here. One way to request this mail address is to fill in the contact form and send me an e-mail. An other way is to use the forum to request an e-mail address. Please give us the following information. Your (real) first and last name, the e-mail address you want, and what way you want me to contact. At this moment we will only accept requests who can be responded by e-mail. Also notice, the w00tmail team is currently only doing this in their free time so please know that the support can be slow, but it will be done.

Own domain
If you own your own domain and would like us to host your email for you, please contact us for details.

Web hosting

Besides e-mail hosting, we also host websites, gaming and clan hosting systems. We will post more information about that soon, keep an eye out on our forums or subscribe to our newsletter. For hosting enquiries please contact us here or email hosting@w00tmail.com.

You must have access to your own DNS settings should you want us to host your domain for you.

Renewing Server

Hello All,

After finding some extra information about services and being able to add new options, the server will be reinstalled soon. Due to this fact the server can be offline during a small amount of time.

ISP Maintanance

The hosting provider will have some maintenance on the network in the from Saturday 11:00PM until approximately 01:30AM. This time is based on CET - Amsterdam.

What impact will this have?

During the window, the server might become unreachable for a few seconds. This outage might occur a few times and at the end of the window the server will become unreachable for up to 5 minutes.

We will keep you updated should anything change.

Maintenance

To make sure that everything can be used with full capacity the server is currently undergoing maintenance. This can make it happen that the server can respond slow, or that its temporarily unavailable. We will update this thread when the maintenance is done.

Update:

The biggest maintenance has been completed, there is some extra disk space available, and the "SWAP" file is now a separated disk. Should you have any problems please notify us by using the contact page, or post it on the forum

New Site

We are currently testing our new site, should you encounter any problems please notify us and let us know what the problems are.

Also please note that we will implement other things as well. If you miss something or have something to say about out site, comment it here, or use our forums.

maintenance

Due to the fact that our ISP is undergoing some maintenance from Saturday 27 to Sunday 28 march This site and all services will be unavailable during the period. The downtime will be between 22:00 GMT+1 the 27th till 04:00 GMT+1 the 28th.

This is all to have better performance for our systems.

Update:

Due to the fact there were some mistakes before we could actually move, the date has been changed to 10th of April 22:00 GMT +1 to 1th of April 5:00 GMT +1 (please note we have daylight saving time so it could be an hour more)
